Studio Policies
Booking and cancellation
  • This form creates a booking request only. The session is confirmed after the studio verifies availability.
  • Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
  • A 25% deposit is required after discussion to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellations more than 18 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 6 hours may forfeit the deposit.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost if notified 2 hours in advance.
Payment and studio use
  • Full payment is due before or after the session based on estimated duration.
  • Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
  • Late arrivals still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Only 2 or less guests are allowed unless previously arranged.
  • No food or drink near equipment. The studio is smoke-free and alcohol-free unless agreed upon.
  • The client is responsible for damage caused to studio property, equipment, or instruments.
  • All paid session recordings are owned by the client. Project details remain confidential unless the client consents.
